Eastern European countries may attract more companies and have slightly higher wages than before.   Organised crime could spread e.g. the Italian Mafia and East European Mafia.
Leaky' borders will mean many illegal immigrants.

Money may be wasted supported uneconomic farmers in other countries   Products from all over Europe will be in our shops not just Welsh made goods.
We will lose control of our independence and be governed by 'Brussels'.
Rivers like the Danube that flow through several countries will be managed better.   People will be able to buy property (or holiday homes) in any country.
There will be more cheap labour to help employers make profits.
Minimum and maximum working hours could be set by law.   Minimum wages could be set to avoid exploitation of workers.
Countries will have to share resources like fishing off the coast.
