  Assignment: What should Jon and Jen do?  
     
 
  1. Outline who Jon and Jen are and how much they could afford to pay for a house.
  2. Outline the sort of property they are looking for - cover types of house and housing tenure.
  3. Locate the housing areas suggested by the estate agent.
  4. Assess the good and bad points of each location and of a property offered at that location against the factors that Jon and Jen have listed.
  5. Make your considered recommendation to them - should they buy or should they save?
