	What are Jon and Jen looking for?
	Jon and Jen have listed 10 features they are looking for in a property
	1. Urban or rural - preferably Cardiff or Crickhowell. Preferably freehold but may settle for leasehold. House or flat. 2. Affordability (preferably two or 3 bedroom) - range £125,000 to £175,000 maximum. Cheaper the better! 3. Easy to re-sell - they won't live there for ever. 4. Well maintained - don't want to do much DIY or spend a lot on refurbishing it. 5. Access to motorway - got to drive to work in Swindon. 6. Garage or off road parking. They both have cars. 7. Maybe a small garden - barbecues in summer. 8. Reasonable neighbours 9. Convenient to shops and nightlife. 10. Low crime/safety in the neighbourhood.
