Level 5 - Ask relevant questions and suggest sequences, collect, accurately measure and record relevant data from different resources, including from fieldwork.


Level 7 - With growing independence implement effective sequences of questions and select their own methods for investigations. Collect, measure and record accurately more complex data, including that obtained from fieldwork.

  
     
  Read your instruction 'brief' very carefully and then begin to plan how you hope to gather information to answer each section of the investigation. Your initial planning sheet gives evidence for the Level statements above. Later we can decide on an agreed group plan. But first you can make your own individual plan.  
     
  You could make a plan like this on a double page of your book... Or on A4 paper laid landscape format... Or on the computer (Word?).  
 
What data do I need? Where will I find it? Fieldwork? -  what technique? How will I show my findings?
